Bandwidth
Bandwidth and fair use
All hosting plans include unmetered data transfer suitable for normal business website and SaaS usage. We do not charge overage fees for regular traffic.
Normal usage means typical web traffic from business websites, blogs and SaaS applications — HTML, CSS, images, scripts, API calls and standard media.
We reserve the right to investigate and, where necessary, throttle or request changes to usage that is excessive, abusive, or harmful to other customers. Unacceptable use includes operating as a public file-hosting or download service, large-scale video or audio streaming directly from the server, open proxies, mail relays, or sustained very high traffic resembling a DDoS source.
If your usage significantly exceeds typical levels for your plan, we will contact you to discuss optimisation — such as a CDN or external storage — or migration to a more suitable arrangement.
